RIVERFEST IS BACK!

Join your friends and neighbors for a good paddling during the Hillsborough River Challenge at Riverfest on November 10, 2012.
It begins at 8AM, with a series of small boat races hosted by the Temple Terrace Rotary Club and the City of Temple Terrace. Feeling macho? Then sign up for the 20 mile race from Riverhills Park to Trout Creek Park and back. You’ll have 20 miles under your belt when you return to the park where there will be live music, lunch, raffles, a silent auction and more.
Or you can opt for the 10 mile race to the boat ramp on Fowler and back or the 5 mile course with a turnaround at the Bullard Bridge. Everyone who races will receive a T-shirt, a special award, with additional prizes for the winners because of our generous title sponsor – Republic Bank.
Not into racing? No problem. Sign up for the leisurely 5 mile family fun paddle between the bridges of Temple Terrace. Don’t have a boat? Again, No problem! Rentals will be available if you sign up early enough.
Do you want to partner with Rotary and raise money or awareness of your own good cause? Your organization can host teams and collect money for each mile paddled. - Single ($25 registered by November 3rd/$30 race day)
- Tandem ($40 registered by November 3rd/$45 race day)
(All paid participants will receive a *T-shirt, goody bag, award for finishing/placing, raffle ticket for grand prize, and lunch).

A limited number of boats will be available for rental. Arrangements must be made in advance and boats will be provided on a first come basis.
